Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request – Email your refund request to contact@trendontrucking.org with your order number, service details, and reason for the refund request.

  2. Review Process – Our team will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.

  3. Refund Approval – If approved, refunds will be processed within  5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a transportation service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellations Before Service Commencement: If a service is canceled before dispatch or pickup, a refund may be issued, subject to cancellation fees.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made to secure transportation services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Refund by Cases

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Cancellations by the customer after service commencement.

  • Services rendered but deemed unsatisfactory without prior notice of service issues.
